“When we arrived the owners came to great us. Very friendly, explained everything very well. Room was perfect with a lovely view. Bed comfortable, breakfast was amazing and great selection. Loved the fan on the wall. Only bad thing i would say is upgrade the pillows, uncomfortable, even with 2. Room was hot even with the fan on the wall. ”

“Loved our stay. The people who run the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early and were able to use the car park and check in as our room was ready. Room was clean and tidy. “All staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel was in good condition and clean. For a hotel all meal and drink prices were reasonable. Ideally placed for a walk along one of the best beaches in Norfolk and very short drive into G Yarmouth or Lowestoft. The new children’s water fun area is brilliant for the little ones and free.”

“This is a budget hotel and I have reviewed it as such. At £23 a night it was perfect for my overnight pit stop. Room was dated but perfectly functional. Shower was a little small but plenty of hotwater and great pressure. Room was clean and bed comfy, I slept like a log. 2 towels provided and provisiions for 2 cups of coffee. Microwave and fridge. Unmanned reception but codes for entry were sent in good time and it was self explanatory. Probably wouldnt stay for a long holiday (unless on a very……
