“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“The Clarke Hotel offered a quaint experience in a historic building. We had easy access to downtown Waukesha dining and shopping. ”

“Quiet, close parking to the room, Buildings are showing their age, well maintained grounds. Didn't like the step between the bed and the rest of the room, to me dangerous! Took forever for the shower to get warm water, might have been just me! Didn't get a chance to use whirlpool tub, but the steam room and massage chair was excellent! Bed and pillows were great. Could use a few more channels on the tv.”

“Had a great room. Was at a great distance from my venue. They just need to work on 2 things 1. Try to get Better WiFi. Could barely use my ps4 to stream when I wanted to use it. 2. Temperature on shower water. There was a sign that said to let the hot water run for 5-7 minutes. Even if you put it in the middle to be warm it wasn’t and if you accidentally turn the lever all the way to “Hot” it would become dangerously hot. That I had to turn the whole shower off and start again. And lastly……
