“The host/property manager was communicative, responsive and all around wonderful. This property was perfectly located for the sites that we were visiting around De Sales University. The property was clean and as described. I do want to note that one of the bathrooms is a half bath with no shower and that the house is nestled between two senior living buildings and a busy route 378. Wonderful stay regardless!!”

“We were in town for a wedding and this was close and convenient to the event. This is basically a nice row house with 5 bedrooms on 3 floors with two very small bathrooms. Very clean and nicely amended with an updated kitchen which we did not use since we were just there overnight. Lots of stairs so if that’s an issue I would not recommend but it was perfect for my family.”

I did not have much communication with the host (not his fault; I didn’t reach out much), but when I did, he answered all of my questions and the check-in and check-out process was simple with a key lock box out front attached to the porch railing. “Clean, bright w/cozy decor. 12 stairs up to very functional kitchen & living room. Addl 11 stairs to BR & full bath. MANY residents’ vehicles parked in street. Relatively quiet & respectful residents!! Backyard deck/BBQ area adequate; neighboring backyards’ unsightly. The price, kitchen & proximity to stores, gas station, & relative’s home suited our needs well!! ”

“The house was older in style, including wall covering and main bathroom. However, it was spacious enough for a large family. The movie room was super popular with my kids. The neighborhood is nice and feels safe. The house is located in a very nice community. The hosts checked in via text to make sure everything was as it should be, and promptly followed up with any questions. If I ever make my was to Pennsylvania again, I would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Absolutely charming! Perfect stay to get to know the area. It was just wonderful for my family because of the park across the street and the Nor-Bath walking trail. I spent hours there and just sitting in a chair outside on the lawn watching my kids play. The inside is so pretty and comfy. Highly recommend. The host is so nice and quick to respond! ”
