My mom, who keeps odd hours and is hard of hearing, loved it, and I couldn’t hear her at all from upstairs!When she accidentally locked herself out, Stacy responded right away and was so kind and helpful.One thing to note: my 6’4” husband hit his head on the ceiling going up the stairs—charming old house, but not built……
