“We put on a lot of miles in 4 days, we visited Coronado, Chiricahua, Fort Bowie, Tumacacori, Saguaro, and Organ Pipe Cactus (on our way back to Phoenix). This location worked well for our day trips and the house was great. Ice Cream at The Corner Scoop in Sonoita was fantastic, as was the wine we picked up from Dos Cabezas WineWorks.The only negative we experienced was barking dogs at night, pretty much every night, most of the night it seemed. “Almost wish I had a horse or two... but it was just family. Lovely neighborhood, and while it appears to be on the outside of Tucson, is very close to supermarkets and restaurants. Great size... I had to work, and was able to go to the living room late night, work and watch TV and not disturb anyone.”

“The place was clean and neighborhood was quiet. There were some issues that made the stay a bit difficult. Sleeping, No blinds on the window, A very loud heating system, a loud sound coming from the freezer in the kitchen difficult to here the TV”

“We spent 2 great weeks there. We found the house to be welcoming, spacious and comfortable. There were 4 of us and it was easy to “spread out”. We enjoyed the private outdoor living space with the many plants and birds. In the evenings we particularly enjoyed using the fireplace to take the chill off. Access to walking trails right from the back gate was a real plus. The location was close to many trails and attractions. We wouldn’t hesitate staying there again.”

“Beautiful off-grid property with great views. Host was wonderful to work with. There was a bit of a learning curve with the off-grid but host and welcome binder were very helpful. Although we didn’t have a problem with the road in, there really should be more of a warning in the property description for people only use to highway driving.”
