“Can't beat the location! ”

“My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Fisher Point Cottage. The accommodations and furnishings were very comfortable for our group of 9. We loved spending quiet mornings out on the private dock, using both the outdoor and indoor fireplaces, and taking advantage of the kayaks and fishing equipment. Home was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Host was easy to communicate with. I would recommend this home! ”

“Seriously, I did not want to leave. This is such a clean comfortable home. Woke up to amazing sunrises. The home is equipped with everything you would need. We did not have children or pets with us but I did notice a gate at the top of the stairs which is very convenient if you did have children or pets. It was too early in the season for the pool to be open but that area looked well maintained and the pool was a good size. ”

“This is the second time we have stayed in this location and we will definitely be back. The sun rises over the river are beautiful and the home is extremely comfortable. Everything you want for a great stay is here. Oriental is a small town, but there are several good dining places and a nice little coffee shop. We also appreciated the ease with which we traveled to the beach (Atlantic Beach) and to Beaufort. The only issue that we had this time was that the access road to the property is in……

“We rented the entire lodge for Thanksgiving weekend. What a great deal, especially since we could all be together, and not in separate hotel/houses. Not all bedrooms were used, but we served as an overflow for my sister's house guests if needed. It was very clean, convenient, and the coffee "bar" was a dream!!! We will definitely be back, and not just for a holiday!”
