“What a gem! We (two adults and two kids, 10 & 14) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pamlico Cottage. From enjoying our morning coffee on the pier to watching the dolphins swim by, the cottage is in a magical location. The kids loved kayaking and fishing. Mary was an exceptional communicator, making our whole experience seamless. The cottage is well supplied with everything you need, and we appreciated all the small touches like retro games, books, toiletries and a well stocked kitchen. Recommend……

“Was perfect weekend in a private out of the way location but close enough to local restaurants in the area to go eat dinner or lunch with a short drive. Well worth the drive for a low key relaxing weekend would highly recommend. ”

“Our family of 4 adults and 1 teen loved this cottage. We had never been to this part of NC and loved being able to look out on the Neuse River, which is more like a lake! The porch on the back is bright and comfy and you can watch the water change during all weathers. Loved eating our meals out there at the big table. The dock was our other main place, so sturdy and nice sunshade. We fished and crabbed and just hung out. The water and sky are always changing and so relaxing.Also enjoyed the club……

“Place was as described, but there was no television and no coffee pot. Owner gave us late checkout to 4 PM and let us use the propane tank onsite. ”
