“We have a wonderful time at Reeling in the years. The neighborhood is beautiful and the location is so relaxing. Check in was an ease. The house was clean and had a very cozy coastal atmosphere. We loved setting on the deck listening to all the wildlife. Enjoyed walks, fishing and playing cards. The beds were very comfortable. It was a wonderful time at this gem of a place for a last minute getaway. ”

“Just as advertised. We were there to check on property we had recently purchased. Will definitely keep this cottage in mind when we need to come down and see relatives and to also stay when we start building our new home. ”

“The price fit the gated community but after entering the rental it was apparent it lacked in cleanliness. There were also cob webs and a ton of spiders throughout. The main bedroom bed linens were over used and stained. We were glad we brought our own blanket. The bed was uncomfortable and sunken, leaving us both sore in the morning. We didn’t rent the place to spend much time inside, but it ended up raining one night and the TV was too small to even watch. We stayed in another rental at sugar……

“Loved the property. 4 of us stayed at the house and did a mix of golf in the area, Minnesot Beach CC has great golf, and we fished from the pier in the property with good success. House had everything we needed and lived the area. Many thanks to the host for their communication and attention to detail. Would definitely go back. ”

“I stayed in the cabin (194) with a kitchen and bathroom and it was roomy and had everything I needed. The kitchen even had a keurig- so I was happy to enjoy my coffee on the porch sitting in the rocking chair. The property was appealing to me because it had a pool and hot tub, but I never made it to any of the common areas. The entrance is easy to spot with several flags on either side.”

“My friend and I traveled a little over 5 hours to participate in the Oriental Dragon Boat Festival held at River Dunes. Upon arriving everything went as well as expected. From entering the dwelling to getting settled and eventually leaving. The dwelling was clean and furnished above and beyond. The only thing that gave us difficulty was the television station we were told to use. The sound on the station was in and out. Other stations the sound was fine. I do consider that a minor issue. We felt……

“The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent communication with the host. We would stay again if the property was closer to Havelock. The reason we booked was because Evolve had it listed as "10 minutes from Havelock." The property is located 45 to 50 minutes by car or 20 to 30 minutes by ferry. I contacted the host and Evolve contacted me, defended the posting, told me I would not receive a refund and asked if I was vacating the property. I never asked for a refund or indicated I……
