“This house is fantastic. Pleanty of room, spacious bedrooms - nice kitchen - abundant parking. Also, it is a bit out of town, which means lots of space and quiet. We stayed there in January and didn’t get to do much outdoors- but the dock is wonderful and we saw many ducks on the water. I would highly recommend this house and will rent it again next year. Owner very attentive and quick to reply to questions. ”

“We loved our stay in this beautiful and cozy beach themed house. A quiet and peaceful retreat with stunning river views, particularly early in the morning as the sun rises. This was just what we were looking for. It is minutes away from the town of Oriental. We took a wonderful trip back in time with a visit to the Oriental history museum to learn of the town’s beginnings and chat with one of the Oriental resident historians. There’s a nice waterfront to take a short stroll or enjoy the water……

Very echoy and hard to hear tv and eachother, maybe something on walls for sound .Nice patio facing pond, more furniture to use out there and or lawn furniture to use for family. Wouldbe nice. Very friendly people managing this rental and community.”
