“Property has been vacant for 2 years.Building in total in disrepair.STAYZ this is disgusting.The so called call for assistance was below poor.I had to book my own accommodation at my own expense.The call centre was usless.I wonder how long it will take for a refund.I assume they will pay for my alternative accommodation.”

“Die Villa liegt herrlich oberhalb von Capo D´ Orlando. Der Tennisplatz ist vor der Haustüre. Der Pool ist sehr Groß 6mX12m. Außenrum gibt es viel Grün. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus ist überdacht und ebenfalls groß. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das einzige was uns fehlte war ein Geschirrspüler. Wenn es Fragen gab, der Vermieter war immer erreichbar.”

“This property has such a wonderful local feel. It’s not too touristy, the restaurants along the beach were excellent we visited some local nearby towns and just enjoy doing local things. The house itself is exactly as in the listing. However, the view is absolutely incredible. We enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts while we were there.”

“The villa Collina dei Nebrodi is amazing . Wonderful views from the top to cities and ocean. The host, Claudia, is extremely kind and helpful. Our family of 17 in all ages had the best time ever. Every morning a great breakfast was prepared for us and the kitchen was excellent to prepare our meals. Large rooms with baths for all and a splendid pool. We really recommend this place.”

“Die Lage ist top! Auch die wundervollen alten Details, Möbel, Einrichtung waren traumhaft und für einen Urlaub etwas besonderes und unvergessliches. Der muffige Geruch nach Alt war jedoch allgegenwärtig und die Betten extrem hart. Ein erholsamer Schlaf war leider nicht drin.”

“We had a relaxing time at this beachfront home. It was easy to go for a swim on the adjoining beach or walk down the beach for volleyball and a light meal. Angela was a pleasant host who provided us with plenty of ideas for local adventures or pledge to eat”

“I had a fantastic stay at Marinella’s villa! Marinella is an excellent host—very attentive and responsive. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything you could need. The outdoor area is just as impressive, featuring a gorgeous pool and lovely grounds. It’s the perfect place to relax or host an event. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!”

“Dieses Haus in Patti ist eine großartige Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub. Es ist alles vorhanden, die Lage ist ruhig in einer Einfamilienhaus Wohngegend, das Meer nur wenige Gehminuten in Sichtweite (von den Balkonen) entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung sehr gut, inkl. aller Küchenutensilien. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns mit frischen Handtüchern, Laken, den weltbesten sizilianischen Keksen und tollen Reisetipps versorgt. Wir haben eine tolle……

“Die Villa ist sehr gross und bietet viel Platz. Leider haben nur 2 Zimmer Klimaanlagen. Es ist alles in der Villa vorhanden, allerdings teilweise in die Jahre gekommen oder von einfachster Qualität (Geschirrspüler, Besteck, Plastikstühle, keine Polster, Beleuchtung sehr schwach). Der Strand kann gut über eine Unterführung unter der Landstrasse erreicht werden, wie der salzige Pool. Es gibt Club-Entertainment für Kinder und Jugend (natürlich auf italienisch). Sehr nett , aber manchmal auch……
