“I loved staying in the arts district. The property had a lot of positives. The negative was communication . Finding the parking lot was confusing . Having to go out every day & reset parking was annoying. Not understanding where to check in .. how to get to the bar., and the tv ?? “Often there is no data working for cell phones in New Orleans, especially at front door of this property. I could not get the email or use app. I was 90 minutes at front door trying to get into lobby and later room. Customer service person that finally answered in Philippines was helpful, but took more than 5 different codes from her before I was able to get into the room.”

“The hotel is amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful any time we reached out to them. We had 6 people staying in a 4 bedroom suite and we were all comfortable. The pool and outside recreation area was beautiful and well maintained. Our only issue was with the parking. The garage is very tight for anything but a compact car. There are two handicapped spots, but really only one that is easily used if you have a wheelchair. That spot was taken by someone with no handicapped tag or mirror……
