“The rooms were really clean and the decor was nice and beds were comfortable. The rooms in the property were exactly what we expected for a mid range hotel. Staff were all very nice. Martin was helpful in setting up a timeshare presentation that we enjoyed. The elevator could use a little work. ”

“El hotel está cómodo, la comida y bebida es buena, el ambiente familiar y en general está agusto, se disfruta la estancia. Sin embargo, las habitaciones se encuentran en pésimas condiciones, chapas en mal estado, repisas en el ropero se encuentran caídas, el aire acondicionado desprende olor a humedad y les hace falta mantenimiento. Si eso se solucionara, sería una excelente opción para hospedaje en Manzanillo, que todo lo demás está excelente.”
