“If you don’t mind stairs this is a great place to relax and enjoy the waves, dolphins and sunsets. It is a very comfortable property but it is at the waters edge. There is no beach in front of the property just a sea wall however the beach is extremely close by. We enjoyed our time there.”

“Nice sized house -rooms enough for our 2 children and my mother-first pic on add gives impression of being beachfront which was a letdown but if I had read through complete add I would have seen that -add is put together to give that impression tho-it is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach with a semi private backyard -well satisfied and communication with host was 5 stars !”

“From booking forward, Ashley was great to deal with. She’s got some of the best checkin & checkout docs I’ve seen and she communicated with us throughout our stay. The unit is at the far end of the Barrier Dunes complex and directly faces the water; it’s the second of four units in the building when you approach. We prefer the north end of the peninsula so this is the perfect location for us, quick access to the state park on foot via the beach or in your car. The condo was extremely clean &……

“What a place! I was wowed by all the things you would not expect to have in a rental. To name a few simple things like dishwasher, laundry detergents. Soap, shampoo, paper towels. I have stayed at much more expensive places and had none of these simple items. The place is decorated very nicely. Comfortable beds. I mean a short walk to the beach what else could you need. Great place. Will stay there again. Hopefully soon. Georgia Girl ”
