“I like the old Florida look to this venue. Also, the suite we stayed was clean, and modernized. However, the mini-split in the bedroom was not working. I told the woman at the front desk about it the first day of our stay. Nothing was done to get it fixed. In fact, because of this we cut our stay short. Additionally, parking is difficult. “Stayed at this amazing property for a couple of days with family, it was perfect. Area was amazing with plenty of room, will definitely stay here again!”

“10/10 stay. Came for my 30th birthday with 14 friends. The house was just as it was listed. Beautiful architecture and interior design. Everything was in close distance either Downtown Miami or South Beach. We attended local music events and it was easy to get to all the main clubs. House is exactly like listed, and communication by host was great. ”

“My friends and I rented the house for our spring break, and we had a very enjoyable week. The house was in a great location, being only a 10-minute drive to Hollywood Beach and a 25-minute drive to Fort Lauderdale. We parked in the Margaritaville parking garage, located right on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, which was only 3/hour. The neighborhood itself was great, as we felt safe all week. “This rental house is currently for sale, which based on the state of the house it is clear the owner is not putting any effort into the upkeep of this house. The house is in poor condition, including:For a house that fits 18, there is not enough kitchenware to cook for that many people.The one pot in the house was scratched up inside and not usable. We only found one usable pan. The coffee maker had no pot, just a machine to brew coffee. The kitchen cabinets were peeling off. One of the kitchen……

“The house and all its amazing amenities were fabulous! It was clean, the check in & out process was easy, and the location was wonderful. The house was well stocked with towels and dishes but lacked a little in pots/pans & cooking utensils. We ended up having to buy an additional pot. Communication with the management company was excellent on a few issues we encountered, but the only real disappointment was that we could not use the firepit outside, which several of our guests really looked……

“Overall things were fantastic, I got up for a run each morning to the nearby key and the location made it perfect, it's about a 25 min walk from the key, brickell, and Lil Havana. All places worth checking out. There was some hiccups with the VRBO but the owner had great communication and was accommodating. Well put together place.”
