“The hotel is on top of a mountain, overlooking more mountains. Absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean. Bed, pillows, towels, shower were good. We would definitely come back!”

“This is off the beaten path so be prepared and stock up on snacks/food before you get there. I stayed in Pisgah and the room was very spacious, ridiculously clean (cleaner than many of the nice chain hotels I have stayed at), and super cute. It came with a white noise machine that was needed as you can hear your neighbors (I heard mine snoring). There is parking right next to the cabin. WiFi worked great. The biggest *complaint* was I never saw the resident dogs. I was looking forward to petting……

“Good location but is dated. The owner is very nice and helpful. He stated that the motel is getting renovated but is dragging out due to challenges related to hurricane Helene in this small community.”

“The room was well appointed, very clean, with a very comfortable bed, The hosts were very thoughtful in having coffee, bottled water, iced tea, soda and juice available in the dining room 24/7. The complimentary continental breakfast was convenient and offered a wide selection of breakfast items including fruit, yogurt, muffins, toast, danish, granola with toppings, instant oatmeal and more. There was a lovely private, comfortable patio area which I definitely enjoyed.”

“Very secluded mountain getaway. Make sure you have your groceries before you arrive, because you won't want to leave home. It was so quiet, and the birds singing songs before sunrise were just priceless! Would love to stay here again. Highly recommended. ”
