"Monica at guest service was warm, friendly and pleasant. She remembered me even though i didn't booked the first time around. Thanks to her my stay was pleasant, she made sure the room was appropriate and made recommendations."

"Needs to offer extra towels for guests, Clean Refrigerator after each guests departs, make bed by room service, our bed was not made, only the trash was picked up and towels were exchanged. A better variety of breakfast will be nice"
