“Really unable to rate this stay as I found out the day before my booking that they had not received my booking even though it had been confirmed by Wotif when I booked 3 months ago. Left high and dry with nowhere to stay. Many apologies given and the promise of a full refund which I am still waiting for. 1st experience with Wotif, and will most probably be my last”

“With 3 different families staying in one house, it's not always easy to find a property that can handle all of our needs, but this place exceeded our expectations. It was a great first impression as you come into the house, and we found very comfortable bedrooms for everyone, and the separate living areas are handy with kids and adults to entertain. “We loved the pool which was fabulously warm. We never wanted to get out. The house is comfortable and clean, and nice and cool with the AC on. The entertainment system is awesome, except that the bedrooms aren't very sound proof (if you want to watch surround sound TV with a young child needing to sleep). “Since this hotel is my middle point drive from Brisbane to Sydney, so we check in very late, after 9pm. Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am. I called the staff immediately. The staff is very nice allow us to late check out at 11:30am. Thanks for their help. ”
