“Since this hotel is my middle point drive from Brisbane to Sydney, so we check in very late, after 9pm. Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am. I called the staff immediately. The staff is very nice allow us to late check out at 11:30am. Thanks for their help. ”

“On the cabins they should put up hand rails just in case they might get people that have trouble walking up the stairs like I did.”

“We stayed in a 3 bedroom oceanview on level 3 and it was perfect. Staff greeted us well and were friendly, the rooms were clean, tidy, comfortable and the view was amazing. Their was a slight unpleasant smell (kind of like a wet dog) when we first entered but could be the age of the building or other factors (maybe carpets could do with a refresh) but once we had the balcony door open and over the next couple of days it didn't bother us at all. There was a wifi connection issue to the TV. In our……
