“Mark’s house is fabulous! We are a multi-generation family with 6 adults and 5 small children. Mark is an incredibly, responsive host. When we had any questions, Mark responded immediately. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was great and the kids had a blast! Mark thought of everything for the kids including kids’ table, toys, pool toys, booster seats, and cribs. Bedrooms are big with comfortable beds and many bathrooms with towels provided. The beach is close by……

“We went to check in around 5pm since check in was at 4. Luckily we were able to leave our kids with family while we went to check out the place and unload our luggage. We arrived and parked in the street like we were told and walked to the back around the whole yard on an unfinished path. We had to step over a large roof drain pipe to get to the basement door which was not very safe. We went inside turned on the lights and proceeded to check the rooms to find the floors filthy, crumbs were all……

“What amazing stay! We can't say enough good things about this house in Ocean Bay Park. Our group included four couples and an 18 month old, and there was more than enough space for all of us to be together or take some time apart. The living area is big, with seating for many in front of the tv. The kitchen is very well supplied and roomy enough for a few people to cook meals together. We were concerned about our VERY active toddler, but he had plenty of space to run around and the home was as……

“The location was great, walking distance to the beach, beautiful sunrises/sunsets and not too much traffic on Dune road. The views were amazing and the second level was a perfect entertainment area. We loved how many bedrooms and bathrooms the house had - made it easy to get ready quickly! The property manager was so responsive and helpful to anything we needed! ”
