“My 3 sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carolyn’s place. It’s spacious and so conveniently located right across from beautiful Onset Beach. We had a two hour delay getting in to the house, so Carolyn graciously offered to extend our check out time by 2 hours. We loved the village of Onset and enjoyed the local restaurants. Overall, a wonderful experience! ”

“Very clean apartment in a quiet area. Parking was always easy and free across from building. Host was great at communicating and was very accommodating to our needs. Would stay again. Felt very at home there during our stay. ”

“Our host met us upon our arrival. We got there about an hour later than we expected, but still before dinner. Rick was there and explained every bit of the apartment and it was actually better than described. We were in the area to meet up with friends, and didn’t plan on doing any cooking at the apartment, and that was a shame. The appliances were brand new, including the 6 burner gas stove. “We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, which we used as a base to visit other parts of Cape Cod. It was very clean and well equipped, and the location was convenient and easy to find. The baby bed and high chair were a big help since my husband and I were sharing the apartment with our son, his wife, and their 10-month-old baby. “This is an old triplex building. As such, everything in the apartment is crooked and uneven - the stairs, floors, and walls. It is 5-below and garage sale appointed.It was clean - so clean the smell of pine sole was overwhelming for the entire stay. Plenty of towels. But bring your own pillows and blankets because what’s there is low quality.Good communication with manager.Neighborhood is low-income. Police activity kept us awake at night. The surrounding streets had thrown trash.”

“I enjoyed my stay and my time at the property. It was conveniently located to all of the different areas I was visiting. The home was very nice and well furnished with a nice shower and soft beds. As somebody who is a hot sleeper, I appreciated the inclusion of multiple types of fans available in the bedroom closet. My only note on the stay was that the neighborhood does come across as a little rough around the edges, but I didn’t have any problems at all during the stay. Would visit again. ”

“We completely enjoyed our stay. The attention to detail was wonderful. We appreciated the bathrobes, motion sensor lighting, coffee/tea station, breakfast goods in the refrigerator along with a filtered water pitcher. The bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. We also liked being able to use the gas BBQ our back. Altogether, a lovely stay.”

“We stayed in town for a wedding, and we had a beautiful stay. The unit was clean and modern, and the area is so cute- very walkable, and included parking was a huge plus. The only downside was the noise coming from the rooftop restaurant and the pedestrian traffic from the streets.”

“The space was perfect for two. It offered a separate space for day resting as well. The view was great from the third floor and overall seemed pretty safe to us. One thing I would recommend is to pack light if you are older, the stairs with a heavy bag is a killer. Fun city and easy to get around with a ride service. We will get back there next year!! ”
