“After my FULL PAYMENT was processed, the property manager, Global Luxury Suites, contacted me to surrender the photos of my ID and credit cards, and IMMEDIATELY fill out and sign a separate rental agreement which was not disclosed in the property description and was quite lengthy.I felt very uncomfortable with these rude demands, so I contacted VRBO about this, but VRBO was on their side too.I don't think I will ever book another vacation with VRBO again.”

“This just what we wanted. This is a great location and the management company is very proffesional. They advertised 3 nearly identical units, but the pictures of the unit we booked did not match to the unit. It was not the furnishings, it was the location and sizes of the windows that told us that you get a random unit.”

“Checkin was very easy. Everything in the place was clean and quiet. The apartment is located within walking distance to great restaurants. I stayed here for business / pleasure. The WiFi is very strong and I didn’t have any issues getting on zoom calls with video. The water pressure in the main bedroom is a little weak so I used the other one in the unit that had stronger water pressure. Only suggestion would be to add something in the shower to hold hair product bottles and soap. The one in the……
