“Gruesome dreadful property which needs gutting .. kitchen cupboard need ripping out and property needs a good update. DO NOT book this apartment .. we stayed only one night then fled…. Pictures do not depict the actual true state of the property and the managers could not care less … saw cockroaches.. cobwebs everywhere.. old broken furniture… spend your money elsewhere ”

“We stayed for about 10 days. The owners where great to deal with. The space was perfect for what we needed. Clean and nicely landscaped. Washing machine and full kitchen. Close to where we needed to go.Parking for the car. ”

“The private beach”

“By far the worst rental Ive ever booked. We booked for 11/6-11/12 during a trip to bury my aunt. I contacted the host to let her know that our flight would be landing at 3am Thurs morning. She asked if someone could pick up the keys. When we arrived after 4am, already exhausted, we get upstairs and the keys did not work. We had to wait almost an hour for the host to bring the correct keys. When we were finally able to get into the apartment, we were met with shock & confusion. The air……

“Besides the late checkin because the room wasn’t ready, the stay was comfortable. The neighborhood should come with a warning label about high pressure, aggressive vendors EVERYWHERE! To get to the pretty beach, you must walk the gauntlet. Do not make eye contact. ”

“Got to the property was told it's not for rent and could not stay it was late and they were rude this place is a scam and was not able to get refund ”

“I was there with my adult daughter and a really good friend. From booking to leaving the property had been so smooth. We loved the place, it had everything we needed for comfort and the view was to die for. Anytime we were back at the place was spent on the deck and relaxing looking out to the beautiful view.When we return I would definitely stay again!”

“Exactly as described in a perfect location to explore Ocho Rios. Very clean and has everything you need. The grounds are beautiful as is the pool area. Excellent communication with the host. Would definitely stay there again.”
