“beautiful view, grounds well keep pool very clean. twenty-four-hour security, staff very helpful, easy access to main road. Condo has all basic cooking utensils, nice beach towels, washer dryer in good working condition, AC units all working properly and cooling as designed. The owner is availed by phone and lives close for any problems. ”

“This is the second time i have stayed in this house, this time was glad to see more kitchen supplies and chairs by the pool. However the hot water did not work the whole 2 weeks of my stay, which i was very disappointed in also my last week there was no internet which left me feeling a little stranded. Would stay again if hotwater was fixed.”

“When we got off the plain it was an 1hr or so drive. The property was not noticeable once we were in the area we drove around another 45 minutes looking for the place when we finally arrived we could not enter someone finally let us in the property date where does the gated community then we waited another 3 hours to enter the property as the lady stated it was our fault no one was there for 3 hours once in the property it was not clean they had to send a cleaning crew the next morning all the……

“Close to everything but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Property is large and big enough for large groups. The place is a little older but it’s well kept.”

“I travel often to Jamaica - staying at different villas and this stay was beyond expectations. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures depict. Staff here is extremely hospitable and professional. Clayton the butler was friendly, always available when needed and accommodating to every request - morning or night. “Thank you for a fabulous week away from the three feet of Toronto snow! We stayed at Sapphire Reef Villa with our 3 adult kids and our son's girlfriend. What a great villa, you could easily spend the whole week without leaving the property at all. The pool was wonderful and a perfect size to lounge by and play pool games. “The main thing we were concerned with was being safe because we weren't going to a resort and this villa did NOT disappoint! The pictures don't do this house any justice! It's MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL IN PERSON! Orville, the owner, took real good care of us and ensured we got the real Jamaican experience. “The property and house were immaculate and very quaint. Everything was easy to use and clean. Neighbourhood was fantastic as all neighbours were very friendly and a few stopped to chat and check in with us. Would definitely book this place again!”

“Overall we had a great experience at the resort. The staff here were amazing and we really enjoyed the food and drink options they had to offer. A good amount of entertainment options and water activities on the resort. The bed was super comfortable with different pillow options. The beach was a bit small and they could've done a better job cleaning the seaweed off the beach and not dump it back into the water.
