“We had a great winter weekend getaway! We were in the area for the pond hockey tournament in Meredith but also wanted to visit Gunstock. This was a perfect location between the two. Check-in, parking, and getting settled were a breeze. Everything in the condo is as pictured and all necessities are at your fingertips. We loved the ease of use of the fireplace, spent a lot of time sitting around the table playing games, and the kitchen had everything we needed for easy breakfast and lunch……

“Well appointed, clearly newly updated. Bedrooms were on first and second floors which made it easier for couples, because the bathrooms were not in the bedrooms. It’s a beautiful property that I’m sure is wonderful year round. The only complaint was the garage was so cold we couldn’t utilize it.”

“We just stayed a week at Long Sands and had a fantastic time. The house was spotless and super comfortable for 10 of us ranging from ages 6-74! The view and location are fantastic, the house is well stocked, and Sara was a super communicative host. Thank you!”

“Overall, I thought the property was excellent, and the property was chosen for an SNHU commencement weekend. It was clear the property was recently renovated, and the downstairs sitting area provided the most space since the weather was rainy and windy. Despite clear instructions on the heating units, it was a little tricky to get the heat running but once we did the bedrooms seemed to be 5 plus degrees hotter than the common sitting areas. We did encounter some ants in the kitchen and I and……
