“It took me a bit to write this review because, in some way, it was hard to accept that the trip was over. But after some time to allow the feeling of being lakeside with a view that would most likely never leave our minds to sit in our minds, I can honestly say that it has been framed within them so as to bring us a smile, the same kind we had waking up there in the mornings when we had the pleasure of staying there! The house is an absolute dream come true, and everything, from the beautiful……

“This property was perfect for my friend group of 10. We didn’t spend a ton of time inside, but the deck & dock were a huge plus, plenty of room to sit outside & enjoy the lake. The house even came with some kayaks to take out & the option to use fire pits, grills & bikes across the street. The host was very accommodating when we were having an issue with the AC. We did bring a couple of air mattresses instead of using the futon. The futon is only big enough for 1 person, or maybe 2 kids. Would……

“Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake. The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available. The kitchen is tight and the central artery of the house, which made it difficult with 12 people. I'd recommend bringing a mattress pad or something for the pull……

“Overall it was fine for the 2 of us and our dogs. House was clean and it had what we needed.Yard could use some TLC and started to see black ants but those 2 things would not stop me from recommending or rebooking this property.”

“The location was great, everything is close by. We didn’t have to go to the public beach either, there was a private beach at the bottom of the walkway. We will be staying there again!”
