“Overall you cant beat the location and the check in process was very easy with lots of active communication. But after we left I went back into the listing and noticed it is a bit misleading.....The photos are pretty outdated, the place is nice buts its worn. The listing mentions a few amenties but did not see any of the following: dishwasher (or dish rack), washer, dryer, balcony, garden. Very few cups. Also it says "Parking available" which means paid street parking next to the house (if youre……

“The unit was in a multi-unit dwelling, but we didn’t have any interaction with other units/residents. Unit was clean and “as advertised.” I would have like if there were some window treatments in the living/dining room, but overall… it was really a great decision to rent this space for our family trip to NY!”

“I had several issues with this rental. 1. The capacity should say 8 adults and two kids because the couch did not fit two grown adults and the air mattress kept deflating. We had to keep blowing it up through out the night. It was very loud! 2. Parking - Only street parking is available. Not garage parking as listed in the ad. 3. Limited linen provided. Bring extra sheets if you plan to use the couch or air mattress. 4. Apartment needs some maintenance. Showerhead in one bathroom……
