“My daughters, granddaughter and I enjoyed our stay. Despite the age of the buildings, our rooms, the buildings and the surroundings were well maintained and decorated beautifully. “We stayed here for 3 nights and are very satisfied with our choice. The location is ideal. It’s walkable to center of town and many tourist’s attractions. We didn’t use our car while staying here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our first night here, our room was very cold, and they immediately adjust the temperature. The breakfast is outstanding. They provide different breakfast menu every day, and we truly enjoyed it. We will stay here again when we visit Newport next time.”

“This property is perfect! I loved the stay at Burbank Rose Inn! Staff was amazing, room was spacious! The only thing was there is no elevator for when you need to bring your luggage up to the third floor (& back down). “Really enjoyed our weekend getaway for my wife's birthday. The room was large and very clean, kitchen area had a microwave and all utensils needed. Bathroom was large and clean and had soap, shampoo and towels provided.
