“Clean as a whistle, everything you could need for a beach stay! ”

“I just wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for such a wonderful and welcoming stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the home. It truly felt like a modern beach hut—stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared.The walk to the bay and beach was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip. It was the perfect location for a relaxing and adventurous getaway.The only minor issue we encountered was the patio area, which unfortunately wasn’t set……

“Our host Robin was the absolute best. Location was so perfect. Access to the beach. The sun room was a 10. Property was clean, beds were comfortable. Area was quiet and very chill. Can we get Robin to our host for every property?”

“House was great. Property was well maintained and clean. Kitchen well appointed. Comms with owner were prompt. We had everything we needed (and then some!) to enjoy family time on the water…memories were made and look forward to going back in the warmer months!”

“We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience.”
