“I just wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for such a wonderful and welcoming stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the home. It truly felt like a modern beach hut—stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared.The walk to the bay and beach was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip. I communicated sink drain and full garbage to owner during stay and they replied they would take care of after I checked out. They did refund one night when my plans changed which was appreciated. Some issues with rental- bathroom sink didn’t drain well, no instructions for heating/cooling/tv use which would help, garbage and recycling full, no seating on front porch (front porch needs……

The property owner, Karen, was wonderful to work with when answering questions about mobility features as well as when we had an lockout situation. “We had a great time at this property. There were 8 of us and plenty of space. The downstairs has a space with 2 bedrooms and a tv area that was perfect for the kids. It gave them their own space which they loved!! Would definitely recommend this home to others.The street was a little busier than we anticipated however that also meant lots of convenience. Walgreens, Dunks, ice cream shop and much more within minutes or walking distance. We had a great trip.”

“We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience.”
