“My girlfriends and I decided to take a trip to Newport in June of 2025 and this was the perfect venue for the trip. The unit was in a great area in Middleton (5-10 min) drive to all of the major hot spots in the area and gave us the perfect amount of space for our downtime between exploring all the area has to offer. “All of us agreed it was definitely one of the better Vrbo stays we have been in. It’s a cozy weekend stay with good air conditioning and amenities. The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were provided, which was unanticipated but nice! The fridge and extra closet space was nice and the desks and tv were nice for getting some work done.”

“My friends and I stayed here 4th of July weekend and could not recommend it enough. We didn’t know what to expect since there were only 5 reviews, but it completely exceeded our expectations. “Our own entrance led us upstairs to a wonderful, spacious, clean 2 bedroom apartment! Beds were very comfortable, bathroom even had new toothbrushes/toothpaste/mouthwash if you needed it ( not all the vrbos I go to have that!) and super walkable to downtown- location is the best part of it!”

Pity, pity, pity~

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
