“The place is spacious enough for the four of us. The location is conveniently close to all the places we wanted to go. Walking distance from the beach. It’s very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it.”

“Great unit in a very cute town. We stayed three nights for the Newport Jazz Fest and it took roughly 45-minutes to drive each way. There are very nice restaurants nearby on the waterfront. The unit was very clean and very accommodating. Two huge rooms and a living/dining area. The noise from the traffic on the intersection can be a little loud. We slept with a noise machine and the sound of the ac unit helped. Overall a great place to stay!”

“The property is located in a beautiful little setting set back off the road with a huge lawn and outside patio area. Alan, the owner was very accommodating. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice big living room with a table. Also was a mini fridge along with a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. A great little hiking area about 200 feet down the road. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this place.”

“All of us agreed it was definitely one of the better Vrbo stays we have been in. It’s a cozy weekend stay with good air conditioning and amenities. The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were provided, which was unanticipated but nice! The fridge and extra closet space was nice and the desks and tv were nice for getting some work done.”

“Check in was ok. Owner was very responsive and let us check in early. There was a problem with the lock but that was taken care of within minutes. Kitchen was modern and beautiful, no coffee pods or sugar or creamer which would have been nice for an overnight stay.Bath towels were tiny and the bath matts were sketchy. “we had such a wonderful stay at karen's! the interior pictures are spot on and her home has a lovely little backyard and is walking distance from several cute breakfast spots--you'll get the best of bristol from her place. nearby towns are also easy to get to via car or bus. if you want to stay in and cook, her kitchen is also fully stocked with utensils, pans, and cutting boards.the only note I have for the apartment is that the king sized bedroom gets great light and the windows don't have……

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
