“We were told that this was handicapped accessible. And we're very excited about the walk-in tub. When we got there there are two stairs to get into the building and no ramp for our wheelchair. The hallways were so tight that a walker or wheelchair barely could go through the hallways. We contacted the property manager and he told us he would refund our money. We have not heard back from him yet. I am still waiting to hear from vbro also about a refund because the house was not what we read with……

“Our stay was absolutely divine. Even though the house was immense, it felt so welcoming and accommodating. Audrey greeted us as we came in all dressed up. We felt so special!
