“Check in was chaos due to staff shortages. Some people booking were waiting hours after check in time for their caravan to be available.
Caravan beds were awful. Didn't sleep well during the stay at all. Caravan carpet and upholstery all needed a deep clean. Looked dirty for so early on in the season. Left a day early as had enough.”

“We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter.”

“The caravan was clean and comfortable would of been better if there was a path up to the property and we didn’t have to walk across wet grass that had been cut in places so all our footwear got soaked and. Covered with grass as did the caravan every time we went in and out it rained a lot !!!”
