“Checked in first room (7th floor) toilet was running, then had to go all the way back to the front to get a key. Mind you this is a pretty big hotel. Got a different rm key. Go up to the 8th floor the room was not even clean. Its a long walk to the front & i wasnt doing that again. They had to bring me a key. The first & last room also had stains like cups on the top of dresser & night stand like they didnt wipe them off. Bathroom was half clean . Overrall its a nice hotel they just need to do……

“Since we planned to utilize the yard area, we found it a little disappointing, mainly needed a little more upkeep. Patio was covered with leaves and dirt, as was the table there as well, which could easily been improved with a little cleaning. There were also plastic bottles, papers, pieces of aluminum foil, forks and broken glass strewed around the yard. Also backyard gate only had part of the lock attached; so couldn’t be locked.
