“Stayed for 10 days. Nice area. Apartment was not a very clean place (didn't seem professionally cleaned when I arrived). Dish washer didn’t work for entire stay. The AC was broken when I arrived, but I will give kudos to the pm for getting someone out to fix it that same night. Pretty nice washer and drier. Not very stocked regarding kitchen items and towels, but gets the job done.”

“The Property Manager finally replied to our requests for information just 15 minutes ahead of our arrival (accessing the property and some questions about the property). We encountered a number of problems in the first 24 hours (lighting and water issues). The property manager addressed the problems through the property maintenance department. The kitchen is poorly stocked and furnished, but the location of the property was acceptable for the purpose of our visit. We liked the property manager.”

“Low water pressure, a/c did not cool apartment well, carpet spots missing on floor, floors popped while walking on them, trash everywhere on outside of apartment, animal poop all over grass and dirt. Nasty”
