“I have brought my Youth Group here for the 3rd year in a row and it is becoming a favorite destination! While the house does have its little quirks, like years old carpet stains and mismatching light bulbs, we have come back year after year and have seen things improve around the house. It is a cozy place to bring any large group!”

“This is a spacious vacation home that offered a good amount of privacy for both the adults and the teens in our party. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bedrooms and bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and situated along a large golf course. Access to the lake from the house takes a couple of minutes of walking and view of the lake from the house is limited due to mature trees and other homes. It takes about 10-15 minutes of driving to get to most stores and restaurants.”

“Accurate to the listing. Very nice cabin with all required amenities. Listing said no firewood provided but turned out to be leftover firewood available at property.”

“There’s a lot of religious signs up in the house and also political brochures. I’m trying to get away to relax, not to be told of how much I need god in my life. ”

“We loved almost everything about the property. Was very clean and spacious. The only negative was most of the sofas and living area seating was damaged/broken and TVs need to be updated. We were advised by property manager that new owners just purchased the home and we’re going to add new furniture and fix some things. Once that happens this will be one of the nicest rentals I’ve stayed at and would love to return. ”

“My only complaint is 10am departure is too early. Not enough time to eat and pack up. ”

“This is a great cabin in a great area it was quiet with lots of things to do on the property, hot tub, fire pit, and frisbee golf. The house is beautiful and looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The surrounding area is quiet and great to break away from the rest of the world. ”

We had to reschedule our trip at the last minute and she was so understanding and helped us find another time to visit and add a night to our trip! “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Knit Inn. It was very well- decorated and well-stocked. Our only complaint was the floors were a bit dirty; we decided to keep our shoes on during our stay. But the bedding, towels, counters, etc were all very clean!”

“This property was perfect for a low-key one-night stay with a small group of adults. We were easily able to walk downtown for dinner and the house was comfortable and well-furnished to hang out and get a good night's sleep. The backyard is also very nice - I just wish it hadn't been raining! Some of the bedroom and bathroom doors don't latch all the way, but that was not a problem for us.”

“Such an amazing stay! We weren’t planning to get hit with so much snow, but we made it work. If you plan on coming here be sure to come in the daylight as it gets really dark at night. Also, a AWD is recommended as they stated when we booked our stay. The house is even more visually satisfying than the photos and so much room. We didn’t get the chance to use the fire pit or jacuzzi which was a slight bummer. Kitchen was fully loaded and the space in the basement was so much fun including the……

“Overall the experience was good… it was out first time at this property and we go to Deep Creek at least 2 times a year. Some of the amenities need updated…. The foose ball was broken. The air hockey table was broke. And no useable pool sticks for either pool table. The mixer in the kitchen did not work. The dryer would not dry out clothes until my husband pulled it out and cleaned the vent hose. The back deck was so dirty and overgrown we had to sweep the dirt and moss off it to keep from……
