“We enjoyed our time very much at grandma Bs. It’s proximity to downtown Desoto was great! It was very clean! Check in was super easy! Angela was very responsive when we had a need. We had 6 adults. The twin beds were slightly short for an average adult, but comfortable otherwise. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Very nice, attractive place with excellent location. Until we kept the fan on it seemed that in order to cool the upstairs the downstairs got very chilly. Keeping the fan on solved this.Would be good to have more than one trash can downstairs. (Unless I missed one.) Minor stuff. I would stay again. ”

“A must see Kansas Jayhawk themed flat located in the heart of shopping and restaurants in Downtown Lawrence. We were able to walk to campus within minutes.This property had everything needed for either a short weekend or a long stay. We will definitely be staying here in our future trips to Lawrence. Thanks to the gracious owners for such an exceptional experience!!”

“This was a fabulous place to stay! Quiet neighborhood but still close to Mass St and KU. House was just as listed. Very clean. Really enjoyed being able to park in the garage. The only issue we had was the WiFi not working for 3 of our 5 day stay. The owner was responsive but unfortunately had to get a technician out to fix the issues so it took a few days to resolve. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!”

“Great house, great location. Perfect for our group. Online listing did say there were 4 beds but we arrived to only find 3. No problem though because it has the most comfortable couch ever made. Great spot.”

“This rental is a sizeable home located in a nice neighborhood. It was a short drive to get to restaurants, shopping and the university. The back yard is large and fenced with plantings and places to sit. It is a great play space for children and setting for pictures. I prepared a meal for a dozen people and found the kitchen equipped with the basics but lacking. For example, I could have used kitchen shears and straight blade vegetable peeler as well as serving tongs. (I brought my own large……

“The sunflower mushroom house is very cozy and quaint in a pretty country setting. The drive from town is more like 20min with the stoplights and roads to get there but it was just fine for us coming for KU graduation. The parking is interesting it would be nice for the driveway to extend to the actual rental home and not stop in front of the run down home in front of the rental. Overall we would recommend the home for your trip to Lawrence ”
