“Great location! Convenient to downtown and all of Lawrence. I used to live downtown so I know about the trains. Yes you can hear them as it clearly states in the description. “Surrounded by houses occupied by KU students, this is a nice little house with 3 bedrooms, a nice family room, small kitchen, and back yard. The bathrooms are really nicely renovated, the bedrooms are spacious, and the TVs are smart. The kitchen is tiny and there's little to no glassware so be sure to bring your own...1 wine glass, 1 low ball, and 4 mugs. Otherwise had plateware, silverware, pots, etc. Would happily stay there again. Was there with my kids and they liked it and we all felt safe……

This charming house in Baldwin City was an amazing find and a lovely surprise! We were just 20 min from campus and were completely charmed by the intricacies of the house. Approach was a little confusing as I had forgotten this was a basement apartment, but host was very friendly and eager to help. Outside of property could be a little cleaner, but unit itself was spotless and fit exactly what. Do wish the couch was a little more comfortable, but we didn't need it. ”
