“The off street parking completely safe, I would recommend compact vehicles, driveway is narrow but thats common for this area of saltlake the on street parking is hit and miss on availability. Rooms were clean kitchen has everything needed. I personally loved the place so much history, and character in a place built in the 1900s. I will definitely stay here again. Host was very responsive when needing help with tv. Great experience all the way around.”

“We stayed here during Univ. of Utah's graduation week/weekend. It was easy to catch TRAX to/from the U - saving us the hassle of on-campus parking. Place is very clean, quiet and so nice to have a dedicated parking spot in the back of the building. This unit worked for our needs.”

“Stayed for 3 nights for my daughter's volleyball tournament at SLC convention center.and had great experience. It is about 5 minutes of Uber drive and no traffic during our stay. It is very close to restaurants (Noodles Company, Chipotle, a Thai Restaurant just across the street) and grocery shoppings (whole foods, sprouts, Trader Joes are all in walkable distance). Apt has stocked everything I need for breakfast cooking. The host is very communicative and responded quickly on the questions……
