“It seems like with the construction, lots of things needed to be updated on the information given to guests. Like hours of operation for the tavern were wrong. The grill restaurant was out of about half of there menu items… But the staff were so helpful and accommodating in working around that.
The Nespresso machine machines have a small and large brew option but the cups overfill with even the small brew button. Just FYI.”
“Increibles instalaciones, la alberca volada esta increible y la vista desde los jacuzzis. El servicio expectacular y el que te reciban despues de esquiar con un chocolate calietne y bombones son un gran detalle. Lo mejor es el poder salir esquiando desde el hotel directo a las pistas”
“The staff,breakfast buffet and service was awesome. The mountain view pretty much is the best in Utah, hard to beat the stein! They groom ski slope everyday, easy ski in and ski out access. Cannot wait go back to ski next year.”
“We stayed one night about a week ago and I wasn’t impressed at all, things were broken in the room and multiple counters did not looked wiped down and they stated they upgraded our room. We stayed again on our way home and it was a night and day difference. Room service was able to communicate and left a buzzer to pick up, the room was clean and nothing was broken, staff was friendly. The only thing that could be better is valet, but many reviews state this. I’d prefer to self park so if I leave……
“We’ve recently stayed in a few hotels lately and this one by far was the best. The staff was very friendly, the rooms and hotel were very clean, and the breakfast was great. This chain has been the best and we will continue to come here”
