Good location and very nice/helpful staff...Only complaints for trip would be we weren't informed the main pool was closed until we checked in which was disappointing because it rained all weekend and the main pool is covered which is why we booked at the Westgate. Only 4 stars because hotel/rooms are well used and in need of an update.”

The hotel offered an outdoor pool and hot tub (2) which were always full but we still were able to enjoy. Towels were nice quality as was bed linens. The issues were some of the staff -English was not their first language so if you asked for towels or replacement of coffee, soaps, etc. it was a challenge. Sometimes just giving up. “We rented the whole unit (C208AB), which was plenty of room for us - 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with spa tubs, kitchen, and sitting/dining area. Each area/room had separate climate control, the bathroom floors were heated which was really nice. Kitchen came with all the basic cooking tools/pans, salt/pepper, as well as basic cleaning supplies. The location was great, right next to the Red Pine Gondola in Canyon Village with ski school/rentals etc. There's underground covered parking, and……
