“The Villa suite was spacious, comfortable, and had added amenities like steam in the shower, fireplace, and a jacuzzi. The kitchen was well equipped. The jacuzzi was in the bedroom, which was odd. Other than the bathroom and kitchen, the Villa was dated and well worn, and the floors were pretty badly damaged. Our Villa was directly across from the 24 hour a day swimming pool with no view of the mountain. So, we were looking directly at the pool from the balcony, and they were looking……

“The check in was great and easy. The house was beautiful and spacious. Everything looked clean but soon we noticed the kids feet were dirty. I found a swiffer and mopped the kitchen floor quickly and they were filthy. I reached out to the concierge and they offered to have it cleaned at our convenience the following day.
