“Amazing location and well equipped. Very comfortable couches and bed. It was nice to have a full size washer and dryer. A little noisy on the bottom floor but that is to be expected sometimes with vacation rentals with units above them. The complex has nice amenities. The VRBO host was wonderful and communicative, but the actual property manager left a little to be desired (they will call and not leave a message, and if you call them back it goes to an answering service that they will not……

“Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids really enjoyed this property location, on mountain. There were some good dining options for families. The hotel offered an outdoor pool and hot tub (2) which were always full but we still were able to enjoy. Towels were nice quality as was bed linens. The issues were some of the staff -English was not their first language so if you asked for towels or replacement of coffee, soaps, etc. it was a challenge. Sometimes just giving up.
