“The lady at the front was awful and the property was absolutely disgusting.”

“House was so comfortable for our group of 8. We loved it, plenty of room, watching the sunset at night on the porch was relaxing. Jem trails and Gooseberry were a blast to ride, and hiking in Zion was fun. Definitely will come back. ”

“I stayed here one night, without a car, it was great, really easy to walk to great restaurants, cafes, etc. Also hikes within talking distance and the hot tub was great!”

Great on the inside, a bit "dormitory" looking on

"We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks. "
