“This well-outfitted historic home made a fine MTB base camp for our group of 6. Everyone had a comfortable bed and plenty of room indoors and out for meals, relaxing and working on bikes. We enjoyed being out of the rental enclaves in a leafy small-town neighborhood and took advantage of the restaurants and bike shop a short walk from the house. A decent grocery is just a few minutes drive. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This house was exactly as expected and perfect for us. My husband and I stayed here while visiting Zion NP for a few days. The house was clean and had plenty of space. We cooked all of our breakfasts and dinners. The kitchen was well stocked with basics. The outside area was nice to sit and eat and just hang out. Jeb notified us that we could check in early, which was great. There was a book of recommendations for activities, places to eat, etc. We went to River Rock (which they recommended) for……

“Overall, it's a pleasant place for the price. The manager was friendly and helpful.He is a plus to the property. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, though it looked like it wouldn't be. On the negative side, the bathroom fan was pulled out of the ceiling and hanging down by wires exposing the gross, dirty area above it. ”
