“We stayed one night about a week ago and I wasn’t impressed at all, things were broken in the room and multiple counters did not looked wiped down and they stated they upgraded our room. We stayed again on our way home and it was a night and day difference. Room service was able to communicate and left a buzzer to pick up, the room was clean and nothing was broken, staff was friendly.
