“This unit is located in the perfect location for our family. It was ski-in/out, right by the ice skating rink/food/transportation. The condo was perfect for our family of four, with two bathrooms and a large bedroom that fit us comfortably. The only thing I wish it included, was laundry detergent, as there is an in-unit laundry available, but no supplies (need at least 1-2 for the week stay).”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property in Springville. The space was clean and comfortable. We had 11 in our travel group and had lots of room. The location was very convenient. “The house had enough room and parking spaces for our family. The house is located close to the airport and grocery store. We loved the heated floors. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It truly is a “perfectly located bungalow”. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. Groceries are within 5 minutes. Great city attractions are close by. We enjoyed the Hogle Zoo and Tracey Aviary this trip. There is a great dog park close by and the neighborhood was great for walking our dogs. This location will definitely be my first choice the next time we stay in SLC. ”

“The home was in the perfect location for us. Our kids are going to school at BYU. They were able to stay with us and easily get to class. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us to sleep comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the backyard trampoline and swing set kept the kids happy. The host was easy to communicate with as well. I’d highly recommend staying here. ”

“While this house is very close to a main road, it was close to everything we needed. The venue our event was held at , restaurants and shopping. Each room has its own climate control which was a huge help. We only stayed for 2 nights, but Brandon was easy to communicate with and very helpful when we had questions. The view out the front windows was spectacular!! The mountains around there are breathtaking. We will definitely keep this place in mind if we come back next year. ”

“Great location. Easy check in and check out. Accommodating. Good parking on site. Mostly great stay except for a few annoying issues. The water pressure was so high it was painful to shower. The bathroom floor upstairs was warped so when you tried to shut the bedroom door leading in it scraped and made the loudest sound which awakened people at night. The air conditioning didn’t work But mostly it was a pleasant stay. ”

“Brand New buildings in the soon to be heart of the new Deer Valley. It was eerily empty when we stayed, but that's just because the new terrain is under construction. Close to the Gondola, you could walk, they have a shuttle but didn't use it. Not near any restaurants or bars. It was a bit disappointing that they built all of this new, but cheaped out on the fixtures and furniture. If the gondola is closed, you have to drive to the base area near the Hyatt. ”
