“The employees were amazing and very kind and helpful we came early from a long trip and asked if we could have an early check in and he was very understanding and had the rooms ready for us early. The place was also very clean . The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the blow dryers didn’t work well but they did accommodate me with a new one. ”

“We booked this last minute as our original booking cancelled and it was the best thing that happened. This hotel was great, it was close to the heart of the town and as close as you can stay to the Black Lake - 35 min walk or 4 min drive to the car park. Staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. They even upgraded us to an exec suite, which was lovely! So much so, we decided to relax in the room for the afternoon instead of sightseeing.
