“Our stay at the lake house was great! We came in from out of state for a family wedding. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Everything we could have needed during the stay was there! Our only wish was we could have stayed longer to enjoy the lake and outdoor area! ”

I’m in construction and really impressed by the thoughtful design and functionality of this entire property. The furnishings are top notch. Jealous a little. Would love to own a place like this. “Tom ‘s tiny home by the water is excellent. He has it set up perfect for guest from shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower to all the cookware, Internet, TV, etc. etc.. Everything you need when you are away from home is there. Also, Peninsula point where the tiny home is located as a great community With a community pool, playground and gated for safety. I definitely recommend Tom ‘s tiny home.”

“Spent the weekend with a small group of friends. The tranquil lake front retreat was perfect for our stay. The kitchen space was large and offered plenty of utensils and cooking amenities. The back porch was perfect for sitting and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. We also took advantage of the fishing dock where we caught plenty of catfish and other species, I would definitely recommend this property to small groups or families with kids. ”
