“1) Check-in counter cannot find my booking and full payment through Hotels.com, it took us around 20 mins to check in by filling up lots of forms and waiting... so bad experience for check-in. 2) Hotel assigned a room which was not pre-checked and not ready for move-in to us - no slipper and not clean enough on the table. Later, hotel staff rang the doorbell and requested loudly outside for coming in to check the fridge. How come they did not check up the room before guest moves in? it's Not……

“除了check out experience 很差之外，其餘都很好。大部分的員工都很友善，酒店的位置亦很方便，小廚房設備齊全，cleaning staff好helpful 亦有效率，不過只因為check out 時前台的一名女職員態度很惡劣，就破壞了這8日的住宿體驗！事源我入住時已經要求late checkout, 職員亦友善地表示最多只可以留到11:30am, 但check out 當日前台女職員表示有加拿大客人要求早些check in, 所以要求我和女兒11am check out, 當我們表示check in時職員已經答應我們可以late check out, 該女職員竟然很不耐煩地問”who promised you that?” 我心諗，職員冇帶name badge, reception counter亦冇展示當值職員名，乜原來我係要問職員名而唔係酒店有internal record 既咩？！雖然經過一番理論後我哋都係11:30am先check out，但當check out時我要放低行李一會，該職員刻意不招待我，我等了10分鐘問佢佢先講”you can leave your……

“The good points are the staff are nice and talkative, and provision of free shuttle bus to airport. The bad things are the place is not clean enough and the noise from upstairs and the cars outside the motel can be clearly hear.”

“From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the lobby staff (concierge and front desk). We were invited to dine for breakfast as our room was being prepared which was a wonderful experience as we had just flew in 17 hours from the US. This was such an unexpected surprise as usually hotel staff would ask you to come back during check in. Our stay was absolutely amazing. From the dining room staff at breakfast each morning to the housekeeping staff who warmly wished us good day each time……

“This property is near major transport links - motorways and bus routes the Albany Sports stadium and Westfield Shopping Centre Albany. The apartment was a 1-bed unit but the smallest I have ever encountered. The bedroom was just bigger than the King bed in it, the Kitchen had just the appliances and the 'living' area had room only for a 2-seater couch, coffee table and card-table sized dining table. The hose to the shower head leaked and water pressure was very low.”
