“We spent a wonderful two days at this beautiful cottage on the lake. We could not have asked for a better location or host, who provided a very clean property with a beautiful view and all of the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. There were two bedrooms with queen beds (perfect for 4), but one bedroom had the bed pushed against the wall making it awkward for a partner to exit the bed, and it was necessary to coordinate the use of the bathroom. Overall though, it was wonderful!”

“We had a great stay here. Kathy was a phenomenal host and was very helpful with every question we had. We had a 19ft bass boat and crew cab truck and had plenty of room to park. Can’t wait for next year!”

“Large enough for two to four people, with an ok clean bathroom. The walls were very dirty, and windows were in disrepair. The television did not work which was not ok for my husband. The location was ok and close to restaurants. The beach was across the lake but easy to get to. ”

“The only things I would say are drawbacks about this place, when we put our dog food by the back door it was covered by ants, I do mean covered. We moved it across the room and away from that wall/door it was ok. Secondly the radiant heating that runs on a thermostat does not work. We used space heaters. They worked well enough after waking up a couple of times to adjust the temerature to get them set right. Third, the TVs are just antenna TVs. There is WIFI but the tvs are not. The place was……

“Nice place on the river. Comfortable and spacious. A few bad things, a few feet off a main road and vehicle noise. A salvage yard literally across the street, no screens on the windows so cant open due to bugs.”

“We really enjoyed this property and our stay. Easy access to lake and sandbar. The property is so well provisioned, it made the stay even better than we expected! Would totally stay again!”

“Kathy was great - available whenever we had a question, showed us around the property and amenities. The cottage fit the 10 of us - we mostly ate out on the patio to fit as a group. The dock space was perfect for our rented boats and we found many places to anchor and float. Kids did a little fishing off the dock. House had everything we needed to be comfortable, prepare meals, and enjoy ourselves!”

“I think this would be the perfect cottage for a family with kids. All that upstairs room with a separate bedroom downstairs for mom and dad. Close to the lake and park. Very little traffic.”
