“My husband and I stayed for two nights to celebrate our anniversary. We were hoping to find a nice place to stay, some good food and some live music. We hit the jackpot! Adam was a great host and communicated everything clearly and responded quickly. The condo was so beautiful and comfortable. Very clean and still smelled new. The location was outstanding! you couldn't get any closer to the boardwalk and beach. It had great views and beautiful sunrises. We did not have to go far for good……

“Our company came out for an event to do as a vendor. The hotel was good about letting us check in late & check out late. We even left some of our equipment in the room & they held it for us for an entire week until we could make it back there to get it The location was amazing, right on the beach & by the boardwalk. The offered free breakfast. The waffles were amazing, but the chocolate filled doughnuts were to die for, although I should have had the fruit and yogurt. We were able to get coffee……

“I was in the area for one night for business and had my young granddaughter with me. The room was very comfortable and well furnished. Lots of apps available on the TV. Location is close to plenty of restaurants and the beach. The continental breakfast was very nicely set and had lots of variety. I plan on coming back NOT for business just so I can enjoy another stay. Highly recommend.”

“Wow! What a location and what a house! This place has everything you need for a relaxing time in CB. We were even able to bring our dogs and they had the best time as well. The home is huge and great for any configuration of friends or family and in walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. The hosts were super easy to work with and genuinely wanted to ensure that we were comfortable and had what we needed. Don't miss this one! ”

“Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is a little strange because it's a mix of a lot of older homes, located behind a 7-11, BUT it is just a humble area and we felt safe. We were glad to be close to a good coffee shop (Love Bites) and a few restaurants. Easy short walk or drive to the……
